Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.


Category - Books : 10 days Replacement Only.


In case of returns, You have to send the item packed as such it came to you and send it to Our Chennai Address (G.Chandrasekaran, Dharanish Mart, A2, Mathi Apartment Phase 2, 12, Reddypalayam Road, Jeswanth Nagar, Mogappair West, Chennai - 600 037) within 10 days of the delivery of the item at your own cost.

The product you return will be checked for the following conditions:

1. Correct Product: IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

2. Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

3. Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals.

4. Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller and send to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the product.


In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

For manufacturing defects replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

You have to call us at Ph: +91-94440-86888 and tell us about the reason for your return of producat. If your reason for request of replacement is acceptable then we will ask you to proceed with the return.

If it is necessary, you will be requested to pay a fixed amount as Replacement Shipping Fee. even though you have got the product with free shipping.

In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. You would see an option to cancel within My Orders Page of the Website and then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from My Orders Page, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online. An item cannot be cancelled after delivery of the good/s. After ordering for the good/s, and upto the time of delivery, the customer can cancel the order online.


In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products/services and request a refund from us Refunds will be issued to the original source account provided at the time of purchase. After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account with in 7 Business Days.
